52 years ago, the pioneering development of the coagulator revolutionized continuous cheese production. Still the coagulator is the flagship of the ALPMA portfolio.<\/p>\n

The high-performance system processes more than 50,000 liters of milk per hour with the best quality and optimal yield. The Coagulator is the only continuous cheese curd preparation system in the world. Exact curd size and gentle processing ensure maximum process consistency with minimal losses. All of these benefits strengthen the long-term competitiveness of ALPMA’s customers.<\/p>\n

A key success factor is adaptability to technology and customer requirements. For ALPMA as a manufacturer of custom equipment for the food and cheese industry, this is the key to success. Soon the 100th Coagulator will leave ALPMA’s assembly halls and travel to a well-known customer in southern Europe.<\/p>\n
