These include from precision fermentation, an innovative biotechnological process that uses microorganisms such as bacteria, yeasts or fungi to produce specific proteins, enzymes or other molecules. These microorganisms are genetically modified so that they can produce certain substances that normally come from animal sources.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casein proteins are produced using microorganisms. By programming both bacteria and yeasts, productivity is optimized.
