Fonterra recently awarded an important contract to ALPMA. ALPMA builds turnkey RO plant to concentrate whey in new production area.
Fonterra is a buyer of Royal Aware’s entire whey stream. The whey, from Royal Aware’s new Mozzarella plant, is also processed by Fonterra. Fonterra makes high-quality ingredients for sports, baby food, health products and medical applications. First production is scheduled for December 2019.
